Q&A: Eric Zandona, the American Distilling Institute

In our September/October 2022 issue, Eric Zandona, director of spirits information for the American Distilling Institute , spoke with writer Susannah Skiver Barton about how the quality of craft spirits has evolved over the years and how that's reflected in the influx of newcomers winning medals in the ADI spirit competition.
